Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Here at Pixelkeys, if at any time a customer is unsatisifed with their product, a return or exchange can be initiated with us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns
Yes, we do accept returns. To start the return process, please contact us and write "Pixelkeys Returns" in the subject line. Once we receive your request, we will give you instructions on the process to return the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that it was received in.
We can provide FREE return shipping for "most of our products" to North America, Australia and some European countries. We will provide you with the free return shipping label and instructions for how to return the item, and give a full refund upon receipt of the item. However, there are some cases where we cannot provide a free return shipping label, and you will have to pay for return shipping to an address provided to you.
You may not return an item if it has not been authorized by us.
When returning an item, please make sure to indicate on the outside of the package that they are "RETURNED GOODS". This will prevent any customs charges due to the entry of the returned item. If there are any import or duties incurred by us, your refund will be deducted by this amount. If the return is done incorrectly such as mislabeling the package or writing an incorrect return address, then we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
Refunds
Once the item has been returned to us in good and saleable condition, we will process your refund within 8 business days. Good and saleable condition implies that all parts of the item are included and in good working condition. If there are any parts of the item that were not returned, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we process the refund, you should receive the money / credit on your credit card or PayPal account within 3-4 business days. If there is any delay in receiving the refund, then please contact us.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges of items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us and write "Pixelkeys Exchange" in the subject line. You will need to send us photos of where the defects or damages are. Once we find that it was an issue caused by us, we will provide a return shipping label and then send you out a new item. There are some cases where the defects are extremely minor such as a small scratch that can be washed off, and in those cases, we may not provide an exchange.
